  Souvlaki is Greek grilled meat on a skewer. At Olympian it is pork or chicken, grilled fresh to order — served wrapped in warm pita with tzatziki, or as a plate. The word itself means 'little skewer.'

  Souvlaki is meat grilled on a skewer. A gyro is meat stacked on a vertical spit and shaved off as it turns. Olympian is a souvlaki grill — everything is skewered and grilled to order.
