Olympian is not in Jomtien. It is a grill counter on South Pattaya Road, one road inland and a short way north. This page is for people living in Jomtien who want Greek food and need to know the two honest options: order it down, or come up for it. Both work, and they suit different evenings.
Jomtien has the population and not the food
Jomtien is where a great many of Pattaya’s long-stay residents and retirees actually live. It is quieter than the city, the condo blocks along Jomtien Beach Road and Thepprasit are full of people who have been here for years rather than days, and the food scene reflects that — strong on Thai, well served for German, Scandinavian, Russian, British and Indian cooking, and unusually well supplied with breakfast.
Greek food is the gap. Not underrepresented — close to absent. A long-stay resident who wants souvlaki has to look outside the immediate area, which is a strange thing for a Mediterranean cuisine in a beach town with this many Europeans in it. That is the practical reason this page exists: not because Olympian has a Jomtien branch, but because if you live in Jomtien and want a Greek grill, you need to know where the nearest one is and how to get food from it.
The nearest one, as far as we can honestly speak for, is ours: pork and chicken souvlaki skewered and grilled to order, in warm Greek pita with tzatziki, or on plates. The board is on the menu page.
Ordering down to Jomtien on Grab
Delivery runs through Grab Food and nothing else. Open the listing, and the app does the work of telling you whether it will deliver to your address, what it will cost and roughly how long it will take. Those three answers are Grab’s to give, not ours — the fee changes with distance, time of day and whatever promotion is running, and the shop neither sets it nor sees it in advance.
So the honest instruction is: put your address in and look. We are not going to print a delivery fee, a radius or a number of minutes on this page, because any figure we invented would be wrong on some evening for somebody. If the app says it delivers to you, it delivers to you.
The timing constraint is firmer, because it is ours rather than Grab’s. The kitchen is open Tuesday to Saturday, 15:00–23:00, and delivery runs in exactly that window. Sunday and Monday there is nothing — the shop is shut and the listing will not take an order. There is no lunch service either, so a midday order is not possible on any day. If you are used to ordering food at 13:00 on a Sunday, this is the shop that will disappoint you, and it is better to know now.
What to order if you are down in Jomtien
This is where a distance order needs a small change of plan, and it is worth taking seriously.
A Greek souvlaki pita is soft, unpocketed bread, oiled and warmed on the grill until pliable. It is built to be eaten within about a minute of being handed over. Sealed in a bag with hot meat and cold tzatziki for the ride from South Pattaya Road to a Jomtien condo, the steam has nowhere to go and the bread goes slack. Still good food; not the food you would get at the counter.

Coming up to 3rd Road instead
For a lot of Jomtien evenings, going to get it is the better answer — you eat the wrap at the moment it is meant to be eaten, and you can ask the person cooking what to order.
The shop is on South Pattaya Road, also called 3rd Road, in front of Tony’s Fitness. From Jomtien the mental map is simple: get yourself from Jomtien Beach Road or Thepprasit Road across to Sukhumvit or up through the Pattaya Klang side of town, and 3rd Road runs parallel one street inland from Second Road. It is a main road, and Tony’s Fitness is a known landmark on it, which is exactly why the shop uses the gym rather than a house number as its address.
By baht bus (songthaew) it is a normal city hop rather than an expedition — the Jomtien and South Pattaya routes are well served, and you may change once depending on where in Jomtien you start. By Grab or a motorbike taxi it is a single short ride, and you hand the driver the pin rather than explaining the address. Either way, the useful thing to give a driver is the map link: the shop is on Google Maps, and the pin is at 12.9234077, 100.8826601.

Why the hours suit an early Jomtien evening
Opening at 15:00 and closing at 23:00, Tuesday to Saturday, turns out to suit a trip from Jomtien rather well. Go up at five or six and you are ahead of the worst of the evening traffic in both directions, the queue at the counter is short, and you can watch the skewers cook instead of standing in a crowd. Come at nine on a Friday and it is a different, busier proposition.
If you are combining it with something else, note that the shop sits on the stretch of 3rd Road that is easy to reach from the Pattaya Klang and South Pattaya crossings, so it slots into an errand rather than being a destination of its own.
One grill counter, not a delivery chain
Worth stating plainly, because area pages usually imply otherwise. There is no Jomtien branch. There is no second kitchen, no network, no Jomtien-specific menu and no fleet of riders. There is one small counter on South Pattaya Road, owned and most days operated by Yannis Pagiannidis, who is from Thessaloniki — the owner page has that story.
Which means the realistic expectations are: it is closed two days a week, it does not do lunch, it cooks from raw so a busy evening involves waiting, and whether Grab reaches your particular Jomtien address is a question for the app. In exchange you get souvlaki made by the owner when you ask for it, which is not a trade most delivery brands can offer.
Olympian holds a 5.0 rating on TripAdvisor from a small number of early reviews, and what those reviewers write about is the tzatziki, the Thessaloniki cooking and Yannis at the grill. One calls it “the best souvlaki shop in Pattaya city.” A handful of reviews is a start, not a track record, and we would rather say that than round it up.
